Frequently asked questions

How do I receive a multi-page PDF?

If the PDF has a single page, you download one image file directly. If it has multiple pages, the per-page images are bundled into a single ZIP file for download.

What is the resolution scale?

It's the magnification used when rendering each PDF page. 2x is the default; pick 3x if you need to print or zoom in, or 1x to keep file sizes small.

Should I choose JPG or PNG?

JPG produces smaller files and works well for photos and sharing documents. Choose PNG when you need crisp text edges or a lossless result.

Can I convert a password-protected PDF?

No. Password-encrypted PDFs can't be opened, so the tool shows a notice instead of converting. Remove the password and try again.

Is my PDF sent anywhere?

No. Your file never leaves your device. Rendering and conversion both run entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
